Catalysis for Sustainable Synthesis
We are broadly interested in the development of nanoparticle and metal-organic-framework based catalysts for difficult chemical transformations.
In addition to the design of highly selective active sites, we are interested in studying the role of the catalyst support in directing the outcome of chemical reactions. Much of the research focus is inspired by the need to access fuels and building block chemicals from renewable materials in an efficient manner.
